The Joshua Redman Quartet in the Philharmonie am Gasteig

Joshua Redman’s quartet appears at Munich’s Philharmonie im Gasteig in 1994 as part of the Klaviersommer, with Brad Mehldau, Christian McBride and Brian Blade — four musicians who would go on to define a generation. The set moves between Redman originals and standards, including "The Deserving Many", "Sweet Sorrow" and "St. Thomas". An early document of a remarkable line-up, captured live and very much in the moment.
