Released on August 10th under the Yellow Label, a captivating live recording of Mozart's Piano Quartets brilliantly interpreted by Daniel Barenboim and three fellow musicians is set to be available. This live recording, showcasing Mozart's Piano Quartets No. 1 and No. 2, was captured during the opening concert at Berlin's Pierre Boulez Saal in March 2017, published by Deutsche Grammophon. Daniel Barenboim, alongside his son Michael Barenboim, violist Yulia Deyneka, and Deutsche Grammophon cellist Kian Soltani, collaborates to deliver an exceptional performance. Known for their longstanding collaboration, the quartet delves into Mozart's chamber music masterpieces with vitality and virtuosity, emphasizing the music's dialogic structures. Additionally, Deutsche Grammophon will feature a Brahms album in the summer of 2018, spearheaded by Daniel Barenboim, presenting the Berlin State Orchestra's rendition of all four symphonies.
