Nadine Sierra

The talented soprano Nadine Sierra has signed an exclusive contract with Deutsche Grammophon and Decca Gold. Her debut album is dedicated to American operas and songs, focusing on themes such as hope and integration. It will be released in August 2018 to coincide with the Bernstein centenary. Having won the Metropolitan Opera's prestigious Beverly Sills Award in 2018, Sierra has solidified her position in the opera world. Her first album for Deutsche Grammophon and Decca Gold presents an impressive selection of classic American music and highlights her exceptional vocal abilities. The repertoire includes not only compositions by Bernstein, but also works by Stravinsky and Villa-Lobos. Following her successful performance as Norina in Don Pasquale at the Paris Opera, the artist will be heard at major festivals in the United States this summer. As a distinguished singer, Sierra will also perform at the gala concert celebrating Bernstein's centenary at Tanglewood.
