Trifonov, Nézet-Séguin & NYO-USA All-Stars: Gershwin & Shostakovich

Daniil Trifonov is the soloist and Yannick Nézet-Séguin the conductor for this very special concert from Carnegie Hall, featuring the NYO-USA All-Stars, an all-star ensemble made up of alumuni from Carnegie Hall's acclaimed National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America (NYO-USA). The multi award-winning pianist is the soloist in Gershwin's Piano Concerto in F, while the exceptional young professionals that make up the orchestra will be put through their paces in one of the most monumental of 20th-century symphonies, Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 7 "Leningrad".
