Hera Hyesang Park, Aigul Akhmetshina & Freddie De Tommaso: Solti Gala

Soprano Hera Hyesang Park, mezzo Aigul Akhmetshina, tenor Freddie De Tommaso and baritone Paul Grant are on hand to help the prestigious Georg Solti Accademia celebrate its 20th anniversary in style with this gala concert from Budapest's newly renovated opera house. The four singers – all alumni of the Accademia – present an irresistible programme of favourite arias, duets and ensembles ranging from Rossini to Korngold. Conductor János Jovács and the Orchestra of the Hungarian State Opera – where Solti worked as a repetiteur in the 1930s – complete the line-up for what promises to be an unmissable event.
