Miloš Karadaglić Celebrates the Rich Tradition of Latin Music

Isaias Savio (1900–1977) is celebrated as one of the most influential figures in classical guitar music in Latin America. Born in Montevideo, Uruguay, Savio began composing at an early age and quickly established himself as a key figure in the diffusion of the guitar repertoire throughout Brazil after relocating from his birth country.

While his work remains less known in Europe, Savio’s legacy lives on through his evocative compositions and his role as a masterful teacher to generations of guitarists.
