Albrecht Mayer Albrecht Mayer, one of Germany's most renowned oboists, and the legendary vocal ensemble The King's Singers have collaborated to create an extraordinary winter album.

With sophisticated arrangements, international classics, lively swing, and a touch of lightness, they offer musical warmth to combat the winter chill. The unique combination of oboe and first-class a cappella singing creates a multifaceted atmosphere that can be vibrant and exuberant, as well as solemn, reflective, or quiet. The album features well-known works such as "Greensleeves" and "Es ist ein Ros' entsprungen" (Lo, How a Rose E'er Blooming), as well as upbeat numbers like "Let It Snow!" and "Baby, It's Cold Outside." For Mayer, the collaboration with The King's Singers fulfilled a long-held dream, one he was finally able to realize after more than three decades. Mayer considers the opportunity to create an album with this exceptional ensemble a truly special gift.
