The legendary Japanese composer, conductor and pianist Joe Hisaishi releases his album Ml&aacute;d&iacute;, for which he combines three scores that he wrote for different movies by actor-director Takeshi Kitano. The works were newly arranged by Hisaishi and have been recorded as part of a hugely successful collaboration with the Wiener Symphoniker. Written for piano and strings, the album sees Hisaishi take on the soloist&rsquo;s role, directing the players of the Symphoniker from the keyboard. Der japanische Komponist, Dirigent und Pianist Joe Hisaishi ver&ouml;ffentlicht einen zweiten Vorabtitel The Desert Music: IIIA. Slow seines anstehenden Albums Joe Hisaishi Conducts. Das Projekt dokumentiert ein Konzert in der renommierten Suntory Hall in Tokyo am 31. Juli 2024. Dort hat Hisaishi seine eigene The End of the World Suite sowie Steve Reichs The Desert Music aufgef&uuml;hrt.&nbsp;
Inspiriert von einem Besuch in New York City in 2007 hat Hisaishi The End of the World urspr&uuml;nglich als dreis&auml;tzige Suite komponiert, die das Chaos, das aus dem Zusammenbruch der globalen Ordnung nach 9/11 enstand, thematisiert. Reichs Desert Music wurde von drei amerikanischen W&uuml;sten mit historischer und pers&ouml;nlicher Bedeutung inspiriert.&nbsp;
Bei dem Konzert wurde Hisaishi vom Future Orchestra Classics begleitet, ein Orchester junger Musiker, das Hisaishi selbst gegr&uuml;ndet hat, um sein Interesse an klassischer Musik mit neuem Publikum zu teilen. Dar&uuml;ber hinaus wurden die Vocalpartien vom Philharmonic Chorus of Tokyo und in The End of the World von der Sopranistin Ella Taylor gesungen.&nbsp;
